Architect/Senior Architect, Hong Kong Hong Kong SAR
WilkinsonEyre is looking for an Architect/Senior Architect to join its team in Hong Kong to work on exciting opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.
Working closely with Directors and Design Leaders, you will play a key role in driving high-quality design and project delivery from concept through to completion. You will lead project sub-teams, coordinate with client bodies and consultants, and contribute directly to the practice’s design reputation across APAC.

Requirements
Professional Qualification: Chartered Architect status (RIBA, ARB, or equivalent international registration). Local Hong Kong (HKIA) registration is welcomed but not mandatory.
Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience within a recognized international architectural firm, with a strong track record on medium-to-large scale developments in APAC.
Design & Technical Skills: Strong design sensitivity, excellent technical detailing capability, and sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and consultant coordination.
Software Capability: Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred; familiarity with Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Mid-Level BIM (Revit) Technician London
Responsibilities:
Support project BIM Leads and information authors with technical issues including but not limited to:
Model health and maintenance.
Model performance issues.
Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting parametric objects.
Geometry and information modelling automation.
Common Data Environments
Assist with the ongoing development of WilkinsonEyre BIM infrastructure (templates, content).
Required experience/skills:
Experience in Architectural practices ideal.
Experience with large and geometrically challenging projects.
Good written and verbal communication.
Self-confidence and persistence.
Comfortable working with multiple teams on multiple projects, a team-player, and yet capable of working independently.
Exhibit an open and positive attitude to helping teams out both with basic issues or more complex requests and questions.
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
Software skills:
Advanced in Autodesk Revit.
Model checkers (e.g., Solibri, Navisworks, Autodesk Model Checker for Revit).
Popular Revit add-ins (e.g., Autodesk BIM Interoperability tools, Ideate tools, pyRevit, Diroots…).
Common Data Environments (e.g. Autodesk Docs for AEC).
Coordination platforms (e.g., BIM Track, Autodesk Design Collaboration).
Rhino-Revit interoperability and visual programming (dynamo, grasshopper- Rhino.Inside Revit) and/or programming languages (Revit API - python/C#) -desirable.
Data visualisation (Microsoft Power BI) -desirable.
AutoCAD 2D -desirable.
