WilkinsonEyre is looking for an engaging and proactive Front of House Studio Coordinator for its busy central London studio. This position could be full-time but may well be suited to candidates looking for a part-time role – either shorter hours or fewer days in the week. A discussion about part-time working is very welcome.
Experience-skills-attributes
Great candidates will have an eye for detail and will take pride in keeping our reception area and meeting rooms immaculate and well-organised and they will appreciate the benefit of a forward-thinking and proactive approach. Excellent English language skills are essential due to the challenges of receiving calls globally and giving and receiving clear messaging both in writing and verbally across the company.
Standout candidates will have a ‘can do’ attitude and general willingness to help out with tasks, to be the first port of call for queries, and become an important part of WilkinsonEyre’s friendly and creative working culture.
In addition to competitive salaries, various benefits are offered to employees including private medical care (BUPA), contributory pension scheme, Group Life Assurance and Group Income Protection amongst others.
WilkinsonEyre prides itself on being an equal opportunities employer and all candidates will be treated fairly regardless of age, race, sex or disability.
