Part I/II Architectural Assistant Hong Kong SAR

Responsibilities:
- Produce design and technical drawings
- Produce presentation material, reports and models
- Liaise with external consultants as appropriate
- Maintain project primer as appropriate
- Other tasks as reasonably required from time to time
- Attend and contribute to studio meetings and Practice meetings
- Keep up to date with the work of the Practice
- Develop an appropriate understanding of HK & China legislation, planning, construction and health and safety
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Good design eye and drawing skills, preferably by hand as well as CAD
- Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and visually in Chinese and English, native Mandarin speaker to communicate with our China project clients
- Knowledge of Revit and Rhino is preferable
- Knowledge of Adobe packages
Qualifications:
RIBA Part I/II equivalent Hong Kong qualification
