Project Support/ Administration Assistant

This full-time permanent position is a varied role suitable for a proactive individual to provide support for project teams, senior architectural staff and the wider business.

Tasks include:

  • Document Control for drawings, ensuring accuracy of information and distribution to relevant parties via Conject and/or Aconex in time-efficient manner
  • QA processing of project documents, downloading and uploading information onto Extranet system
  • Updating drawing registers and project directories on a regular basis
  • Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
  • Updating project calendars and undertaking other administrative tasks
  • Working as part the Admin Team (comprising PAs, receptionists, project support and facilities assistance) to support the wider office 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A self-starter, proactive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and helpful demeanour
  • Willing to learn our systems and protocols and encourage others to follow suit
  • Excellent attention to detail and organised approach to administrative tasks
  • Down to earth and a good team player
  • Experienced in document control and general project support

Knowledge of MS Project, intermediate level Excel, InDesign and Powerpoint are all advantageous.

Digital Visualisation Artist

WilkinsonEyre is looking for a talented digital artist to join our central London office to work on a wide range of exciting projects in the UK and overseas.

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for storytelling, artistic composition and lighting, and a stylistic approach to imagery to complement their photorealistic skills. They will join our in-house team working closely with the project leaders to help develop the schemes through artistic, stylised imagery.

The suitable candidate will demonstrate an impressive proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Vray, and Adobe Creative Suite. They will also possess the following skills:

  • artistic interpretation and an eye for composition
  • architectural and/or a related graphics discipline
  • provide creative input
  • dedicated self-starter
  • ability to manage work to tight deadlines
  • experience in animation and Unreal VR are advantageous

Architect/Senior Architect (Transport)

We are seeking a talented design architect (or RIBA Part 3 equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years’ post Part 2 experience, whose portfolio of work demonstrates impressive proficiency in a range of transport-based work including station design, package coordination and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will join a team working on major central London stations, leading coordination of specific elements of the design and ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice and regulation.

Excellent written and spoken English presentation skills is essential along with experience of collaborating directly with consultants and other interested parties within the transport sector. As a team player, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to engage others in the design process. Expertise in Projectwise, and Microstation and/or AECOSim, with good hand-drawing skills and the ability to develop and test conceptual designs would be advantageous.

Preparing detailed multidisciplinary reports and working to tight deadlines are all part of this Central London based role in EC1.

BIM Co-ordinator

WilkinsonEyre is recruiting for a talented candidate to join our central London office to work on a wide range of exciting projects in the UK and Overseas. 

The aspiring candidate will take on an emerging role that covers a wide range of responsibility – from BIM implementation and project coordination at various stages of development to help develop and champion our Digital Production Standards.  

Applicants do not need to come from a BIM Coordinator background but the role requires as a minimum of 3 years BIM user experience in Bentley AECOsim.  

The ideal candidate would be a qualified architect with experience in architectural delivery and procurement with the ability to lead and engage with individuals at all levels.

Year Out Programme

At WilkinsonEyre we support and nurture the architects of the future. This is managed through our formal ‘Year Out’ programme dedicated to providing 12 months of paid employment to graduates who complete a three year degree in Architecture. Our Year Out placement process begins in early June but we accept applications all year round.

We do not offer unpaid internships.
