• Second City and Islington College project opens

City and Islington College’s Centre for Business, Arts and Technology on Camden Road in north London has been formally opened by Ruth Kelly, the Secretary of State for Education and Skills. The project integrates a new entrance extension and a dramatic glass frontage with existing 1960s buildings, creating a highly visible and innovative centre for vocational excellence.

This is Wilkinson Eyre’s second project for the College, the first being the award-winning Centre for Lifelong Learning at Finsbury Park.
