Exeter Forum wins Civic Trust Award

WilkinsonEyre’s Exeter Forum was awarded a Civic Trust Award at the 56th Annual Civic Trust Awards Ceremony last night. The event was held at The Swan, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London, hosted by architect, writer and TV presenter George Clarke and Civic Trust Awards Managing Director Malcolm Hankey.

The awards celebrate excellence in architecture or design, sustainability and universal design and make a positive social, cultural, environmental or economic benefit to the local community.

The Forum, a hub for students at the University of Exeter provides a new entrance for the University's Streatham campus and houses new student facilities and teaching accommodation beneath a soaring timber-framed ETFE and copper roof.
