Project Support/ Administration Assistant

This full-time, permanent position is a varied role suitable for a proactive individual to provide support for project teams, senior architectural staff and the wider business.

Tasks include:

Document Control for drawings, ensuring accuracy of information and distribution to relevant parties via Conject and/or Aconex in time-efficient manner

  • QA processing of project documents, downloading and uploading information onto Extranet systems
  • Updating drawing registers and project directories on a regular basis
  • Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
  • Updating project calendars and undertaking other administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expenses, binding, photocopying and printing
  • Working as part the Admin Team (comprising PAs, receptionists, project support and facilities assistance) to support the wider office and helping to ensure clients and visitors feel welcome and are looked after.

 The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in document control and general project support
  • A self-starter, proactive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and helpful demeanour
  • Willing to learn our systems and protocols and encourage others to follow suit
  • Excellent attention to detail and organised approach to administrative tasks
  • Down to earth and a good team player

 MS Project, intermediate level Excel, InDesign and Powerpoint are all advantageous.

Personal Assistant

This full-time, permanent position will provide administrative support for two dynamic directors who travel internationally and work closely with their architectural teams and clients.  

Candidates with excellent software skills for both MS Office and Adobe Suite packages who enjoy wide-ranging tasks will stand out. Natural communication and excellent organisation is essential, along with plenty of common sense, a down to earth approach and a keen ‘can do’ attitude.  Experience in working within the field of architecture is advantageous.

Architectural Staff - London office

WilkinsonEyre is recruiting for several exciting projects including prominent London based developments.  We have both permanent and fixed term positions to fill and invite applications from a range of seniority beginning at entry level 'Part 1’ through to Job/Package Runners. We are especially keen to hear from package runners with experience in commercial projects and a good coordination capability.

Revit, Microstation and Rhino proficiency are all preferable and for more senior positions, candidates with hands-on UK based site experience will stand out. But above all, if you are creative, talented, hard-working and boast a beautiful portfolio of work, we want to hear from you.

Senior Interior Designer

WilkinsonEyre is looking for a senior interior designer to join our central London office. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects including commercial and mixed-use developments, residential and cultural and will be as comfortable detailing beautiful reception spaces as they are high-end interiors. We want to hear from creative designers with a minimum of five years’ experience, who are excited by the prospect of developing our interiors portfolio and working with architects on prominent projects both in London and internationally.

Candidates will boast a beautiful portfolio of work and will demonstrate their ability to communicate design ideas clearly and concisely to clients, architects and directors alike. They will have a natural empathy for materials and environment, they will gather inspiration from multiple sources, ultimately translating ideas in to successfully designed and executed spaces.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in interior design, architecture or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in high-end hospitality, residential, commercial or retail interior design

Key skills required:

  • Organised and numerical – able to design to budget and work to schedules
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microstation. Revit will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to demonstrate their ability to consistently meet deadlines and be a resourceful problem solver
  • Strong time management skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
